It was a relaxing experience. It was a gorgeous hotel - I liked very amiable staff and PERFECT location.

The room was heated and clean, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I liked it. Location: the hotel was near a quiet village, and restaurant. Plus, it was 15 minutes drive by car from a cubical shrine.

All was wonderful!

The cute staff offered amazing service, always available to assist with my requests. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic food, especially the extensive selection of Tyrolean specialties and delicious desserts. The location directly on the slopes made skiing convenient.

No lockers in the ski room.

The wellness center is a solid retreat after a long day on the slopes, with a steam room, saunas, and a warm relaxation area that feels just right. Ski-in/ski-out access from the hotel is a game changer, letting you hit the pistes without hassle if conditions are decent.

Be wary of the ski room setup-it's cramped and lacks proper lockers, leading to theft issues. Accessing the facilities can be tricky if you're staying in the annex, genuinely inconvenient, especially when carrying gear in cold weather. The limited hot water in some apartments was a bit frustrating .

The location of Alpenrose is superb, right on the slopes. I loved the wellness area. After a long day of skiing, the hot tub was perfect. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. The staff was very helpful, addressing my requests promptly. The food at the restaurant was a highlight. I enjoyed every dish I tried, especially the Tyrolean specialties. There were a few downsides. The apartment I stayed in felt a bit basic compared to the overall hotel vibe. I encountered some issues with the ski room. It lacked lockers, leading to a situation where my ski shoes were stolen. The staff tried to check the surveillance footage, but they couldn't assist further. This was frustrating, as the arrangements could have been better organized.

A couple of lights not working left the apartment dim!!! WiFi hardly usable. Needed premium connectivity for work but had to rely on expensive mobile tethering!!! Limited parking availability is inconvenient!!! Why not improve access for wheelchair users?

Culinary delights and mountain charm

Every morning began with lovely views from our cozy room balcony, and the wellness center was the perfect retreat after our hiking adventures. The five-course dinner was a good surprise, leaving us satisfied yet eager for more. We felt genuinely welcomed by the attentive staff throughout our stay.

One issue we encountered was the organization of the ski room. It was quite cramped and lacked proper lockers. This made it difficult during peak times, especially when multiple guests were trying to retrieve their equipment. A bit more space and better management would enhance the experience considerably.

The room was top-notch, heated, had an electric kettle, fridge, and a personal safe; the breakfast included fresh orange juice.

Alpenrose offers a cozy double room with awesome views from the balcony. The warm slippers and robe. The breakfast buffet had everything from fresh breads to cakes, so delicious! The wellness area is a perfect spot to unwind after skiing.

Amazing family vibes and food!

This place is seriously awesome! The staff are super friendly and helped us with everything. The Tyrolean food was authentic and to die for. We had a lovely evening on the terrace enjoying drinks with fine views. Though it got a bit noisy with kids running around sometimes, it all added to the fun atmosphere!

This place offers good breakfasts, has a fantastic location in town, the room is immaculately clean and heated, the bathroom is absolutely clean, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.
